With new 3.3.4 nand kernel ICS boots. But we need some kernel fixes for panel and new LK with 200 MB system partition.
My roms, fixed-sbf, kernel-update-via-CWM:
Mirror 1 (Dev-Host) Mirror 2 (MS-skydrive)
Motorola Defy: Dualboot MS2Ginger 5.0 + Quarx-CM10.1
Samsung I9100G: CM10.1
HTC LEO: Dualboot JB + WindowsPhone 7.8

Dang... 200mb? I can't recall how much ACL used for OMGB, was it 150mb? Won't leave much for a data partition, but I guess c'est la vie... it is ICS after all!

Big thanks to htc-linux kernel team for 3.3.4 kernel, X1 ICS team for ICS port from Hero.

Kernel need some more fixes.
