If you delete Jkay mod from /system/ap it should work, but I did not try that ROM before, so just in case make a backup and try

First make a backup of your current setup..
Then go to /system/app and delete Jkay mod app (If I remember correctly it's deluxe settings? Make sure to check it's icon) and then flash this theme, it should work but just in case it did not you have your backup to restore
