Default Revert to stock

I have been reading through the threads, does anyone have real simple exact instructions on reverting back to stock? I am downloading the RUU now but now sure what to do after that. Help is appreciated. Thanks.

Ok, so I relock it first. Then take the RUU file I just downloaded and rename it as the PH file and place on ad card. Then boot into bootloader and let it do its thang.

Hey, since I am at work, can I revert it now and just relock it when I get home or does the relock have to be done first?

Can't run the RUU on an unlocked bootloader.

I just searched how to run RUU under yahoo, and the first link was a PDF file from HTC on the RUU process. Also when you double click the RUU exe.. it will pop up a screen that links you to the same pdf.
On the website Scott's Rom's , scrosler has the latest RUU under downloads , HTC rezound , Stock roms.

for me I found the easiest way to run an RUU is to flash it as a PH98IMG.zip file in hboot..

you run the RUU, and pull the "rom.zip" out of it, re-name it to ph98img.zip

Probably would have been faster for me last night ! I just did it through USB , didn't take to long though.
