You´ve to copy the Pictures to /system/etc/slideshow/ manually. You can exclude it from a former recovery. (Just unzip system.ext4.tar)

System settings > personalize > display > put a check with "Lockscreen shortcuts". Thats how it is in this ROM by default, your status bar looks different however, so I wouldn't know what changes you made to this ROM.

Take pictures while recording video and report back. You may wanna try push and hold camera for more than 5 seconds.

check under personalize display lockscreen, dont know what its called in english :/
than you can tick that there will be the shortcuts

I hope you´ve made a Recovery before you´ve installed this custom ROM. It really is recommended
For example with clockwork mod. Then there is a folder on your SD-Card (\clockworkmod\backup\) and inside you´ll find the system.ext4.tar.

I would upload the pictures, but I can´t do it from work somehow.
(Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing.)

Is checked, I must have done something wrong somewhere

Sorry I never backup the previous ROM with Recovery. My previous ROM was gingerbread and I dont think it is suitable for this ICS too.
