no no it because and in some versions ago i had very good speed in neko95's rom but from update to update it slowed down......but it is really strange if i flash again ics aokp or cm9 i have great speed!!!!!!! but in clear cm7 or every cm7 based rom NO pfff it is really strange i need fast speed!

In neko's rom there are the tcp tweaks and net speed tweaks I believe....

ICS has new javaScript V8 engine and new webkit!

At 480-729 with the Performance Governor, there is a delay in the display coming up when we press the keys below the display. Not exactly blackscreen but something like that.
