sr guys but a quick ques...after the "fastboot oem writecid HTC__001" and reboot to fastboot, am i suppost to see hboot 0012 because on my phone i did see it

Sound like you need to load the modded Rom.zip now. To downgrade to hboot 1.49.0007 to run revolutionary.
