Ever have something that you get so aggrevated at that it drives you nuts. Almost like it should be so simple, yet you still can't whoop it..... That's me right about now. This is getting the best of me:

See my lil background. It looks nice and clear. Nothing fancy but not distorted and crisp.

Then I seen this for someone's background:

So I decided I wanted this:

But no matter which way, I can't get it formatted to my screen. I've tried different sizes, settings etc. It doesn't like me at all. On my gf's bone stock X2, she can take pics and set them as her background and they are fairly close to what it should be like. Not exact but much better than mine. Drives me nuts. Is there some kind of setting that I'm missing or something? Ive tried differen't resolutions and still no luck. This is about the best I can get it:

Try quickpics from the market set the wallpaper with it. You can zoom in and out a little better with it then stock.

Don't judge someone just because they sin differently than you.

Thanks, that did help. Maybe I'm just being too picky. Its just not a sharp image. It still has the fuzzy haze over the picture.

Try to get a larger image of it on a laptop or PC and edit it with a computer to be the right size for the phone.

Also try PicSpeed. It's a free app, I believe, and it is the only app I use to actually fit wallpapers on my screen.

I love quick pic, u can set it to crop/save at a higher resolution so u don't end up with that ****ty blurred "I zoomed in" effect, there is another app I used to sharpen images as well, can't remember name sry, its home on my x2

Wooohoooo!!!! Glad that works for you! It's the least I could do after all the help you've given me! By the way, Photoshop works now.

You have to do it from the website, not from the app. Go to user control panel and scroll to the bottom of the settings. You should see where you can change your location/time zone. That should do it. Let me know if you can't find it.

Well mine was the one with the android stabbing the apple. If it makes you feel better I tried several and I picked that one particular because it was so clear. I did not get the same quality with some of the other pics. Also I found that I would have to expand the pic to full before I hold down the and make the pic the wallpaper.

Edit: This one is pretty clear also.
