Make a backup, please...
Wipe data/factory reset in recovery
Flash ROM
Flash Gapps
Reboot
If you are on cm9 or aokp, flashing over it should be fine. But make a backup first just in case.

-Complete port to last Quarx CM9 build's and Galaxy Nexus Milestone 5
-Now full hwa and Panorama camera
-Deleted Nova Launcher: Reason Nova updated to 1.2.2 and you can choose the one you like I just let the original. Holo, Nova or Apex no originals
-Added apps: Defy Settings, Music, Oi File Explorer to 1.2
-Deleted:Torch, Developement and Spare Parts & DPS Manager (you can install awesome beats if you like dps ecualizer ) Reason: no included in AOKP
-Added some changes in init.d
-Undervolt CPU: 300@22 600@34 1000@52 (very stables)
-New bootlogo thx to UserDj
-Modified Bootmenu kang theme and Recovery
-Build.prop rebuilded
