Thx for the reply
I didn't flash ICS in between mtd-recovery and mtd-boot, so that was my problem...

Mrgadgetuk's way doesn't work at all...
I've done every step, exactly as it was mentioned in your post and I am still
stuck on the "Optimising applications..."-message which then turn to bootanimation,
which turns back to the message, back to the bootanimation and so on...
ICS, Y U NO WORK???

Well, obviously Mrgadgetuk has provided you with false information... The problem isn't the sizes of the partitions though... I've done exactly the same as Mrgadgetuk but with a /system partition of 250MB and after flashing ICS + gapps v11 I also got stuck on that "Optimizing applications"-message and the bootanimation. So somehow gapps messes with our ICS, anyone got any idea why?

EDIT:
Could someone please try to flash this gapps right after you install ICS: http://www.mediafire.com/?db9zc0mq1lj0gqe
This one seems to work on CM9 as said on the Cyanogenmod forums... I hope that it works for our little wildfire... not sure though...

I installed CM9 (92 Mb) + Gapps (11 Mb) without reload, then i had some FC's by android.process.acore. When i reboot - no FC's by android.process.acore, but sometime FC by "Менеджер загрузки" (Download manager or something).
Work's good, BUT i can't install any apps from market (even QuickPic, 325 kb), not enough memory. Internal storage has 155 Mb. Direct APK(Google+) installed normal.

P.S. Sorry for my bad English.

UPD: QuickPic installed after i install Google+.

Could you please also mention what version of CM9 and gapps you flashed?
