[Q] Help with rom flashing is needed

Hi. I've got new Motorola Photon 4G from Sprint. Now it has a lot of stuff from seller installed so first I want to return it to stock and then flash 7.2 with other features. I do not plan to use Sprint, I do not have Sprint carrier at all in my country, so I think I need to unlock my device. I am complete noob here, so asking for your help. Could you please tell me what I have to do in what order.
I expect:
Return to complete stock qbking77 seems to have one movie about that. Then root. Then unlock. Then flash CM 7.2 from Kang signed (or maybe you know better one). Then install clockwork mod. (going to do in that order using qbking videos)

Is that correct plan? What else do I need to do to make the Mopho work fine with my carrier? I think I will need Russian keyboard. If you know how to deal with USSD problem, that could also help me.

- UNLOCK
- FLASH CWM
- format system
- wipe data/factory reset
- wipe cache
- reboot recovery
- FLASH CM7.2 ROM
- FLASH GAPPS
- Reboot System
- Reboot again

Make sure to do a backup as soon as cwm is installed, before doing anything else!

root before you install cwm and use titanium backup to do a nandroid backup of all of your important files and contacts
