I woke up this morning and my xperia play changed , not sure if its a prank joke by my service provider or Sony itself but I'm not r800i anymore but rather LT18i and my build number is .62 , baseband -64 here is a picture to prove it. I'm still rooted .

I can't flash any custom roms on my Xperia play as many know from a carrier is usually bootloader locked . I can't explain I'm still baffled I have more pics to confirm to anyone who doubts , point is I myself am still in awe . And .62 is said to be not rootable as of yet ,and my play still is.

can you upload the build.prop (go with root explorer to /system/build.prop)?

EDIT:
This is definitely a build.prop edit, as you forgot to start a newline for the next variable and so it got displayed in android version.
So, is this on an R800i or an LT18i?

Hmmm, personally - I don't believe you. Why?

original build.prop lines:
Code:
ro.build.version.release=2.3.4
ro.build.type=user
I think you've changed it to
Code:
ro.build.version.release=2.3.7ro.build.type=user
Sorry but - Hahahahahah even accidentally removed line break and ro.build.type=user appeared next to the FAKED 2.3.7

Model number? Changeable too

for me - FAKE

edit:
besides - more than 1900 points in Quadrant with root only, and no overclock?

Quadrant score is acceptable, I can get 2,000 on there with stock kernel.
But still, it looks fake. I could change my android version string to 4.0.3 or 9.9.9 or even KeiranFTW if I wanted to.

And yes no overclock but either way you're hell bent on it as if you're a presidential candidate , fall back please thanks that's my quadrant score I used with quadrant advanced , u don't have to accept it , doesn't negate the fact that it still happened and is still here.

This is not about being fake or truthful as I didn't make it so , I've been on xda since 2000 and this is my first time to even post anything and that it is why. I'd rather receive constructive criticism or be helped to understand what or how as the person who asked me to get the build-prop above. Now proven it's not what I thought it is , great , because I'm not here to boast nor lie.
