Can You help me with the procedure, step bye step because I have a big problem with my Samsung SHW-M110S Galaxy S and I am not expert i ANDROID

I tried to upgrade my OS in Android 2.2 FROYO through Odin3_v1.0 and in a moment in phones screen displayed mesage:

update media, please wait
E:Can’t mount /dev/block/stl10
(Invalid argument)
E:copy_dbdata_media:Can’t mount DBDATA:
copy default media content failed.

From that moment I can't go in download mode and phone does not respond.
And now what to do????
