[Q] how to unlock sim ?

i want buy a samsung focus s , but it's locked by at&t.
is there any way to unlocked it ?

I unlocked mine by using a code I pruchase from cellunlocker.net I use them for my former Focus and for my current Focus S. I got them both unlocked with no issues

I tried calling AT&T about an unlock code, but they said it wasn't unlockable. Is that normal? Are my only options the sites that sell codes? Is there not an unlocking tool to DIY for free?

i'm have purchased code from cellunlocker.net & samsungimeiunlock.com but when i enter it to my phone, it display "sim error" messeage. Hope the developer can provide a soft to unlock manual.

Was ~23 EUR, and got the code within 15 minutes.
