where can I get ZTE blade headset?

It dosnt have to be special made for zte blade just one that works for the zte blade

It is not expensive, test it.

In general any Nokia-compatible Headset with the classic 4 poles should work with the Blade.

I'm using the Sennheiser MM 50 Nokia for example (be careful, there's also an iPhone-version MM50i, which will not work properly), but that's only because I'm listening to music with it nearly all day long. (not cheap)
