To turn the StatusBar widget Indicators color blue do as following:

NOTE: Its working for CM7 by PCF v5 and v6, and Swiftdroid ASIS (basically for any deodexed CM7 ROM).
Its recommended to BACKUP before applying as this patch replaces framework-res.apk and SystemUI.apk.

Patch THIS file via Recovery

@fishears

I have replaced framework-res.apk and SystemUI.apk from PCF's V6 with SDSL Final (deodexed) apks and everything seems to work but the rotation animation is not. Currently trying to find a solution.

EDIT: Apks were not from SDSL Final but from pre-Final. My bad , now trying SDSL Final apks.
EDIT2: Not working . Hope someone with more experience could help us to get rotation animation on PCF's ROM.
Devices:
Nexus S GT-i9023 | Trying out new ROMs
LG GT540 Optimus | AOSP 2.3.7 by miroslav_mm

If I helped somehow please don't forget to hit THANKS!

Really, the stuff you should be looking at for this is this:
Widgetlocker (paid obvs)
ZDune's layout (use the patcher so you can have both it and animations at the same time)
ZDune's CM7 theme or Sonny's MDPI version
The ICS Go Launcher theme by kovdev (it's a three launcher in one one)
