[Q] Notification Icons

Is there anyway to get the number of notifications to show on each app on the home screen a la iPhone and Blackberry?
the email and sms app does it, but no other, can this be changed to show on facebook, twitter, gmail etc??

you can try download an apk that does it. like go notification that works with go luncher
