Question [Q] Difference between 'Androis OS' and 'Android System'

hi,

for improving the battery life of my razr i just started to look for processes of no need and so i found the two named in the title. so what's the difference between them?

Android OS: 18% of battery usage
Android System: 5% of battery usage

could anyone tell me please, where's the difference? i don't know...

From what ive read online, Android OS is the actual operating system on the phone. Android System is a part of the Android OS. Sorry i cant be more clear.

Also, on my Razr Maxx i dont see Android System. EDIT: Nevermind,it just showed up. Lol.
