If you're talking about Windows 7 + Ubuntu, Just make a portion of ext3 (or ext4) for main filesystems, & about double your RAM GB, for SWAP partition.
Install your OS on ext3/4, & you're done. Grub bootloader will automatically handle OS options in boot menu.
Just remember to install Ubuntu as the last OS...
They made it Ubuntu so easy to install you can do it like installing a program in windows. Just use the Wubi installer and select a good aprtition size. No headaches at all. IT uses the existing Windows Bootloader to give you dual boot option. Grub clicks in much later when you select to boot into Ubuntu. Of course you can opt for the traditional way described above too.
To solve this problem, i might need to build from sources, which i am trying to find ubuntu cd... If anyone near my country and has a copy, please send me... My Internet cant download 7GB...
tell me, dax. how the hell do you compile this rom when it's obvious that you don't have a linux box and doesn't know the awesomeness of using it? dual boot windows with linux is the sh1t. i have Linux Mint 12 Lisa, and i love her so much. i use windows 7 to sync to my iPad 2 once in a week so 90% of my time is spent on my linux box. heck, i even got windows installed as guest machine in my linux box.

Awesome! Did you know that, this is the first rom where google backup is working? after resetting the phone it automatically downloaded some apps from google market, which i had installed before. Last time this worked for me was when i started the galaxy nexus. Awesome!
But my external sd card still can't be mounted when connecting to pc
Use that to create new partition of your hard disk. You can do that by taking out a few free chunks of GBs from each of your existing partitions, & join them to form a new space. Do the same to create another new space, so that you can have 2 new empty partitions, in addition to the already existing ones. (One is for main OS, other is for SWAP)
Now boot into Ubuntu using disk, & in setup manager, when time comes, use ADVANCED options for disk management (or 'select my own partition'.. something like that. STAY AWAY FROM INSTALL BUTTON, unless you've already selected the partition in which you've already installed). When you're in disk manager, select the the big free space that you created, & format it to ext4. Now select the other smaller space, & choose it as SWAP.
AAh, I think this could go too long.
