I haven't done much with undervolting, to be honest, but there are other ways to save battery life by changing settings, or with apps like Juice Defender. But I haven't had significant battery issues, so maybe someone else will weigh in...

Yes, just rename the bootanimation to sanim.zip and drop in system/media

Do we need to reboot after radio
Looking at finally moving to a newer rom, been on NeXusMod 2 for a while and loving it. But I have a question about install steps 10 and 10.5. After flashing the radio, do I need to reboot into the rom and then back into CWM or can I just flash the radio then immediately flash the rom?

When I did it I tried to flash radio and then reboot to install the rom later but I kept getting into boot loops so i just installed one after the other then rebooted and it was fine.

Should take Root Explorer out of the rom, it's not a free app!
