[Q] Screen lock during a call with wired headset

My phone unlocks in pocket every time I answer a call with a button on wired headset. I know there is a software called Headset Screenlock to fix it, but I feel kinda that should not be happening. Anyone has a solution for that?

No problem, just use headset screen lock from the market.

But I still feel like it is very huge fault in ICS, I mean my phone is dancing and singing but calling is the primary function and I cannot call using my wired headset.
