After 5 failed attempts I managed to finally download and instal v1.1. I've removed and frozen quite a few apps and am running the Nova launcher. I also use widgetlocker for the lockscreen, has an awesome ics circle lock.
It's running nicely so far, no issues at all yet.
I can't wait for an ics theme'd version to be released, but am perfectly content to wait. Nice work Indie, I'm glad you made the leap and released an ics room. Thanks!

I simply restored mine from backups, but here are the links:

Unfortunately if Indie put in every launcher we wanted the rom would end up huge. It's probably easier for us as users to simply pick which we prefer and install them ourselves. I imagine they'll probably end up in the Kitchen once it's ready.

I like Nova launcher too. BUT i missed a lot Calendar widgets which are included in TW launcher.

Is it possible to get this calandar widgets somehow (installed?) works in NOVA ?

After trying far too many ICS roms over the last month or so I ended up using Business Calendar from the market (free version). It has scrollable widgets which can be resized to whatever you like using Nova. It might be worth looking at.
