Hey mate.First of your battery icon to me looks like the battery icon from the stock theme. The B/B battery icon hasnt changed at all.I your having FCs then fixing permissions in your case might be a good idea.As explained before it fixes permissions that all apks and market apps come with. Each apk has a UID (user ID) so that they dont conflict with each other. Its what keeps them seperated. If your keen for an in-depth read, although its not to bad check out the link below.

Pass the ROM to your phone first...obviously
1.Boot to recovery and go to Advanced and wipe "Cache" and "Battery Stats".Go back
2.Go to Mounts and Storage and format "system/cache/data".Go back
3.Wipe "Cache Partition" and "Factory reset"
Now install the ROM as normall via install zip.

The battery life of v12 B&B themed is amazing. I don't know exactly how long I can do without recharging but It consumes less than ever.

Hi umarian, thanks for the reply, eveything is as you say, the .wav file is there and I have set the permissions as you suggest, if I play the wav it opens and has the correct sound, however there is still no sound when I boot my device, any other thoughts?
Cheers
