Painless, no wipe v15? Pulling out hair for that? The hassle was with v14 making jkay fit Omega . . . or Omega fit jkay. Now it fits.
Are u having a laugh, painless?
I was on Omega v4 AOKP. My mount points got messed up bad, after all the FULL wipes & Bootloops I managed to get v14 working in just under 6 hours, that's not what I would call painless.
Who you mean, do I just extract the zip, delete the apks then zip it back up?

I open the zip with winzip or winrar, open the app folder and delete all the apks in there I dont want (like download it all, Mysword, the flash thingy etc) then go to the sytem folder, then the app folder, and delete the apks in there i dont want such as apexlauncher, readerhub, gameshub, voicetalk, googleplus etc etc) and as you delete the zip updates itself you dont need to "save" as you go.
Once you have deleted all you want you can copy the rom to your phone and flash away, and you wont have to delete/freeze the apps you dont want afterwards....
