Yes i know that part..im trying to disable Rotation ONLY in Home Screen..Like it used to be

Although i'm not sure how it would allow you to only have homescreen disabled [using a launcher from the market often allows you to customize that setting (dont quote me on that)]. But lemme know if that works or can apply to you. Otherwise it'd probably have to be adjusted by the system files.
