it's about the settings dosen't save the options ... i think

Change date format, allowing non market applications, adding any screen lock. after making changes it just reverts back to original settings.

Please read the first post fully at end I have given a fix for that ..this happens only at first boot select the settings you want and reboot to recovery ..then it will work
