Default Headphone jack and menu button problems

All my headphones when plugged in need to be moved around to a specific location if not the audio gets distorted, is anybody having the same problem? Also the menu button tends to start pressing itself once in a while.
I have Blazer Rom 3.7 and hit man kernel.

Sounds like your jack is jacked. I see a repair in your future.

My jack was having issues as well, had to send it in to Samsung for warranty repair.
