I purchased this device about two weeks ago. The device was version 2.3.6.
The device worked very well. But for the first time it switches due to complete battery.
When I Connect it to charger a blue screen appeared.
Now there is no blue screen also.
Sometimes appears the logo IDEOS on the screen and sometimes red light flashes on top.

So the led just flashes red and then nothing happens. I had that happen to me once (SHAT MY PANTS), turns out the battery was flat dead.. attached it to the charger, left it for a while and voila..

But since you had a bluescreen (which I know doesnt occur anymore) it might be a different story... I'm sorry mate.

Unless you can get into PINK screen, I'm not sure what to tell you. What you can do, if you have a volt meter, test the battery!!

So I checked the battery voltage meter and the result shows #3.

What does it mean.

thanks.

So that means that the battery still got some juice in it, but that doesnt mean it's not defective.

Try to remove the battery from the phone, plug the phone to the charger and try to switch it on. The phone should start up via USB power without battery (I tested it) if it does the same thing, then definitely it has nothing to do with battery.

Is the IDEOS logo still appearing? or did it stop?
