chevron unlock ....Gaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrr!!!!!

I have been going nuts this week, trying to unlock phone. I have read all the posts and scrutinised youtube tuts. But still getting

sorry, Im having trouble communicating with the phone
-please make sure its connected using USB
-please start the zune application

can anyone who has had this message and I know a few people have, please .please can you put me out of my missery.

Chevron will not work on any phone until CharvonLab gets new unlock tokens from Microsoft. Currently there is only two way to unlock phone, you can try with student developers account or else you have to buy developer account from Microsoft for $99.
