Try rom manager from market (free version) and only use fix permissions.

You are another person having delays before apps are opening. I don't have this myself.
I assume you are on aokp31 super, as kuzibri suggested.
Are the apps in phone or sd?
Did you format sd before install?
Did you use the same data.ext4 with all the builds? Try fresh install.

As for fix permissions, it is supposed to cure FCs not create them. You sometimes have to do fix permissions a few times (the list takes less time to complete)

thx to reply Robbie P, yes i'm on aokp31 superram dorimanx 6.6a.
- hard to respond to where are my apps , of course on sd because of the build, but not move on sd after install (move2sd) if there is what u mean.
- i did'nt format my sd before because i have no pb with another build MIUI.
- and it's the first ics build i try so not an old data.ext4.

You could try to move some apps to sd.
Also give dorimanx 5.7 a go to see if it improves (I am not saying it is better, but there have been good reports on kernel thread)
I mentioned before about formatting the sd (32 or 64Kb sectors), it is always a good idea to do this, but usually ppl (myself included ) don't bother, until problems arise. You have a problem now, it could be time to try

It appears from dorimanx thread (http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1322639 last page or so) that underclocking cpu below 245 has little or no effect on battery saving (Thanks Rick_1995). Awaiting confirmation from dorimanx as to what can be done.

I need some advise.
I'm use AOKP32 superram edition with DorimanX 6.6a kernel. All works fine, but one thing annoying me - little stuck when programm is starting. Looks like a black screen for 2-5 seconds.
How can I get rid of that delay or make it smaller?
Maybe normal version of AOKP32 will help me?
@ AlexDOS and TaoSpirit.

I also had the same issues when running the SuperRam build. Delays when opening apps, random lockups and occasionally the phone rebooting to pink unicorn. This occurred on both Tytung and Dorimanx kernels (albeit back on 6.4d when I tested it)

Can't offer a resolution to SuperRam, however I can say if you have not tried the Normal build, please do... In relation to SuperRam, the Normal build absolutely flies on my HD2 .. no lags or freeze ups - maybe you will find the same?

I think Kuzibri made a good suggestion with regards to the chipset type of HD2 each of us is using, and possibly even the underlying ROM

I am on an Australian Telstra T9193 hardware with stock WM ROM. Have had no problems with the phone or SD card on other builds, and in fact can still run an old copy of FroyoStone SuperRam, so it has to be something with the combination of hardware / kernel / AOKP ICS SuperRam that our HD2s don't like...

In the meantime give normal a go and see what you find

Unofficial AOKP32 SuperRAM downloads=611

It seems you are in the majority

Personally i dont know why but superram version is slow, extremelly slow.i am running from magldr and in nand i have wp7
Normal version work really good.Only some times it can take a few seconds to open dialer.Same thing happens also in all nand ics versions i tried. But in sd version takes a little more. If the dialer is allready open it opens fast.Dont know if this issue is because of issue with full hwa or issue with little ram.I am also running zram but dialer closes after some time without using it
Or do you know any trick to keep all the time the dialer on the memory? For now i open it in random moments so it will be open immediatelly for the time i want to call someone

Default Problems with Superram version

Hi guys,

did you all take the time to perform 3 reboots after installing the SR version??
I do not recognize all your mentioned problems with the SR version of the "original" first Unofficial AOKP32 version, even with Dorimanx V6.6c version. I did not try the second version, due to the Nav Bar bug.

best regards, Kuzibri
