Haha really? Miui.us is a fully translated to English rom. And for the guy asking about dirty flashing.... not recommended ever really. But I'm sure it'll work, just expect problems... or not. You never know what'll happen.

first of all i prefer flashing dirty when only small updates are done because to be honest i dont want to start from the beginning every week.

and well since that my phone is running in german then there will be no need for the us version i guess

It's all personal preference but between titanium and miui backups, it's easy breezy... not like I've never done it in my life. I've just gotten so efficient at my full set up it takes less than 15 min including making a nandroid beforehand. Only difference could possibly be found in the tweaks etc... I doubt they're much different.
