I'm really comfortable with last version of aurora, didn't find any major bug so far.

people with wifi problems, did you try older wpa_supplicant?

I see many single problems, maybe due to a dirty update. Make a backup of your current state and perform a clean install to confirm those bugs.

And please dear Aurora users, we have a thread in GENERAL SECTION to discuss all this issues. This one should only be used to discuss confirmed bugs, provide logs, make suggestions to dzo.
It's getting close to a chat box, please stop it, please.

Happy weekend for everyone

I've updated 1st page of GENERAL SECTION Aurora Thread. It has most common bugs and possible solutions, has direct links for wpa_supplicant, qcom_cfg.ini modded by Sbasil, and some other usefull links.

so, after that recent mess i try again my question - is it somehow possible to make the 2G/3G switcher (icon) in notification bar working? it does nothing...

and i found strange behaviour in aurora 4 - i was watching a movie using mxplayer. Suddenly i received a call and after that i wasnt able to run the movie again. i tried killing processes and only restart helped..

So something really weird happened now. There's this area on the touchscreen which has gone completely dead. I thought it was a problem with the rom but when I updated to 4.0, the problem still persisted so it could be a hardware issue.
I'm uploading a screenshot. The dead area is on the top which is devoid of the pointer tracker lines (outlined in red).
I really hope I find a solution to this here.

Looks like hardware issue :S you should quickly install stock and if it's there still, take the phone to warranty service.
You still don't use Dropbox? WTF?
Install it here and both of us receive 500Mb free.
Or you want 20GB free from copy.com?
Click Here to receive an additional 5Gb on top of the 20Gb
