Update: test it on cm7 by FAT,

first i delete systemui.apk, it fc...
Pull battery to shut it down...
Flash via recovery...
Clock successfull go to center...


What i dont like is...whenever any text appear, it get double there...

Thx buddy for try this patch...i think problem is your cm7 theme..there's no statusbar_background2 for notification...u can try another cm7 theme...thx
