Thanks for the hint, that seems to be it.
Also it starts mpdecision and thermald, which are not needed anymore by our kernels if I understood that correctly?
Log show it asks for those two every 5 seconds and never finds them...

Also using any higher frequency than the lowest possible (192MHz) seems like a total waste of energy to me, especially when ideling.

Any input from the devs regarding these changes?

They are included now for when the msm8660 common kernel is ready.

You can change the frequency in the qcom init script found in system/etc

Thanks for the reply.

I'm back to my backup before reading your post since I could not change governors either, was always ondemand and wanted to use faux's intellidemand.

I'll just wait and look forward to other changes.

I would like to know as well since I didn't want to use the HTC sync thing and ended up using Clockworkmod tether for now.. If there's a way to make it work (on vista especially, I think you have to install drivers?) it would be better...

Does anyone know if you have to keep flashing the CM9 touch screen zip file or once is enough as it will stick?

Working on it.
Right now my options are fix youtube, break 480p camcorder.
I'd prefer an option that does not break either

Why even record in 480p? Save memory?just delete some crap off the SD card or move it to a computer. I'd fix YouTube and worry about 480p recording later. I'm sure most people play video rather than record it. Being able to record in full hd and have YouTube working seems like a good compromise.
