This is the right place to report bugs and issues and discuss about the different builds, especially, but not only, the ones downloaded from
http://android.spike1985.de.
Use a download manager!

You can also announce/promote your own builds here. Please do not forget to mention where people can get them. Also a list of improvements/changes and known NEW issues would be nice to help ppl.:D

You can also send me requests to host YOUR builds on android.spike1985.de, to help making it a real nightly build and bleeding edge server. I am also willing to add a "link-list-file" to the server, if you feel uncomfortable with giving your builds away.

I will not publish a list of builds announced/promoted/mentioned in here and/or hosted on my server, as I want interested ppl to have a look onto the server.

This threat has been opened on my own intention. I want to help to keep the main threats (Dev and general) a bit cleaner from bug reports of kang-builds.​

@spike1985 I've tried downloading both of the roms you're hosting multiple times but each time it cancels out the download at random intervals. I have a very stable connection so are you experiencing extraordinarily high demand and is there possibly another place these builds are hosted? I'd love to give these babies a shot :D

thank you spike 1985. Rom is excellent, very quick and smooth, I feel like using the dual-core device. Expect updates in the near future.

Hey Spike just one quick question. I see you own a GT-P1000 ... can I use the kernel from your server for the GT-P1000 or is it for a different one.

I guess the zip will be flashable, right?

When i try to download the files "normal", the download stops after some time on x%. When i download the files with firefox and DownThemAll! it works :)

So you should try DownThemAll or another Download Manager.

Install:
1 - Wipe dalvik and cache if coming from my previous build, else wipe all
2 - Flash ROM, reboot.
3 - Flash GAPPs (only if needed)
4 - Reboot

Dont complain in the DEV thread about this ROM or Kernel. Not an official TE4M build.

    All original CM9 UNOFFICIAL Te4m sgt7 MTD repo for P1000/L/N/CDMA:

    Alroger's downloads (info, tips and troubleshooting included)

    MTD - To flash is simple, but to revert back to normal non-MTD ROM's you will have to do a full restock with repartition flash.

    You can use the boot.img kernels inside the ZIPs to test other MTD builds like the official CyanogenMod and AOKP, which often don't offer latin kernels.

    UPDATE: 20120812 "STABLE" available. cdesai kernel, little updates and translations.
    UPDATE: 20120707 available. cdesai kernel, sbradymobile's Trebuchet updates...

    • Boot directly into CwM Recovery, holding VolUp. No need to convert to ext4, since MTD will converto to yaffs2 anyways.
    • Flash CM9 ROM and GApps!

    Latest build is slim_build_02242012.zip.

    Changes over last build:
    • Latest commits
    • Latest sbrady additions (drawer and search button positions, etc)
    • GAPPs (Feb 24th build) now included (no need to flash seperately)
    • Some apps/apks trimmed (mainly multilingual stuff and useless live wallpapers)

    Please note that until we have a working boot.img from the repo, the included boot.img/kernel is from the slim Feb 20th build.

    Newest Chrome does not work in this build.
