[Q] Patches/Mods/Tricks for custom ROMs

Hi guys,

I wanna make my custom ROM more exiting by including patches, mods, tricks and themes.

Can I pick just pick it from the threads and just mention credits? Or do I have to ask permission first to the creator?

Or do I have to make my own?

drop in a PM to the creators for their approval AND if you use their creation, mention them in credits.
most of the folks in our forum are really amicable people. and we have a common goal - to get the best out of the black. so using most of the scripts to increase the optimizability of the black is what we should want.

just look at zues by heuxx!!!how nicely it has turned into a full project instead of just a custom ROM.
