try this batterymod for stock ICS403, but I think, it will not run correct because the rom is not deodexed. make a backup before you test it !
flash with recovery or CWM.

if you have a modified/deodexed stock 403 rom, send me the SystemUI.apk and the framework-res.apk (or point me to a location where i can download the rom) and i will make you a new batterymod if the first version do not run.

Thank you. Unfortunately it does not work, the status bar disappeared.

But I found another way. I created UOT Kithen ZIP update (With Battary mod Version C, New charger), replaced files "stat_sys_battery_0-100" and "stat_sys_battery_charge_anim0-100" from your version, flashed with recovery and it is working!

Congratulations for your own mod! it is not so hard to make a mod yourself .
