CleanROM was designed to be a cleaned up Samsung Stock ROM based on the Honeycomb 3.1 Release. This ROM does NOT include TouchWiz. Apps are up to date as of 2/15/2012. ROM is de-odexed and based on firmware version HTJ85B.UEKG4

Place ROM on SD Card
Reboot to recovery
Wipe all data / Factory reset - Do not restore anything from back up. Do not ask in the thread if you can. You will be referred back to here!
Flash ROM

I have been playing with it for a few days and the guys in my other thread that asked for a beta copy really enjoyed it and gave it positive feedback so I figured its only right to share with everyone.

The difference between this and the beta they played with is I added the OC kernel by pershoot and CPU master by Antutu.

I like the look of 3.1 without touchwiz far more than I like the look of 3.2 with touchwiz.

One other thing. I posted in the OP that it has the Xoom Browser... That was a copy and paste error. It does not have the Xoom browser. All main components are stock 3.1. And of course all apps are updated to the latest ver.
