Same issue here

Edit: tried bluesystemUI and 4gBluesytemUI both change noting to systemUI (green stays green, H stays H, 4g stays 4g)

Nope. 5.4.

Opening Tweaks in Settings FC.

Loaded first version, Blue System UI didn't work, and Tweaks FC Settings.

Loaded second version, Blue System UI is fine, but no way to set Tweaks, FC Settings every time.

Didnt notice this before release but I am aware of the issue now and will look into fix
