Fedex Overnight same as normal Fedex or different truck?

normal Fedex deliveries make it here around 2pm EST. i wonder if FedEx Standard Overnight® is a different truck and on a different schedule?? anyone know?

2pm would be standard overnight delivery. Priority overnight would probably (depending on the market/utilization) be a separate truck roll for delivery by 10am or something like that.

It just depends on the area

Fed ex ground is technically franchise drivers, different trucks

Priority express can be the same driver as express in some areas, making rounds by 10am then again later

Or

Its completely different trucks

There is also fed ex home delivery...typically used for residential deliveries
