A: Yes, I've become quite the fan of MIUI 4 since I began porting it! Even when I get a new phone, I will still keep my inc2 to port miui (might need help with logcats and such though for data).

A: Well it could be 1) my fault as I haven't gotten it working yet 2) an issue introduced by a particular weekly build of MIUI 3) it doesnt work in vivow aosp ics yet

when plugging in usb cord screen freezes when bringing up connection menu...need to turn screen on/off to fix (dont know why its doing that, something must have changed in mounting or ids that i cant find)

I have checked and can confirm that this bug has not already been reported.
I have read the ENTIRE post and followed it’s instructions TO-THE-’T‘ (and still experience this bug....and IT IS NOT A NOTED BUG IN THE OP!!!!!!!!).
I have NOT restored anything from a GingerBread Backup.
DO NOT post a bug-report if any of them are FALSE.
When posting a bug-report, format is at follows:
1. (One sentence description of bug).
2. Affirm that the “Big Five” statements are true.
3. Instructions for reproducing the bug.
4. a LOGCAT output for the FATAL EXCEPTION (if the bug is an app crash or reboot), or ‘df’ output (if the bug relates to low free storage space). To get the output, run “adb logcat > pathtotextfile” or “adb shell df > pathtotextfile” as appropriate.
5. Any other useful information.
Bug reports which do not follow the above procedure do not help me or the Incredible 2 community at all! (ok I changed that a bit)

just fyi: i will not have much android/computer time at all for the next 3-4 days (holiday weekend) so don't expect new fixed builds during that time...please continue posting bugs/whatever
Is there a recommended logcat app? I don't have a computer right now, so an app is what I'd need.

alogcat (i think thats still around) was the market app I used to use....granted anything that hot boots or turns your phone off cannot be logged...but helpful with force closes
