This is the TW ftp link (for eeepad). There files show up here first. Since the TFP came out, they have been taking it down a lot lately and it is a very slow download (speed 30KB). After they posted here (TW FTP), it's quicker to dlcdnet the file.

even after reading so many complaints about TP, i got this tablet coz of the unique design factor and timely updates asus provided for first gen transformer. but i am disappointed by the way now asus is joining the herd with delayed updates for ROW, espesially Germany. (US always gets first update for most of the devices as if ROW is bunch of sheep and now humans live out of US, anyways that not my problem)

as you mentioned above, will Germany get the stable update this week? if so when?

i updated a few days ago from .11 to the US-14-Update (on a DE-Prime!).

On .11 i had a few reboots a day and now on .14 all works perfectly

(49h uptime and no single reboot, no battery-drain-issue or "sleep-of-death").

I'm happy now

Asus Germany on Facebook today: "9.4.2.14 für deutsche TF201 Modelle wird übersprungen, weil diese beim Reboot Issue auch keine 100% Lösung bietet. Für diese TF201 geht es auf 9.4.2.15 oder höher, wahrscheinlich in den nächsten Tagen."

We will get directly .15 in Germany and skip all other updates...if .15 will fix these reboots

Suppose it's better to wait for a proper fix than getting a half-baked solution. Still frustrating however to still have to wait after dozens of other users reported success after .13 and .14. :-/

Americans, please do us a favour and test the .15 beta thoroughly so that it can be quickly approved for distribution by Gary. =)
