On the phone not working part.during call if u turn noise cancellation on.then u hear thru earpiece but they still cant hear u on other end.

If someone have flashed this rom, can kindly extract "samsungwidget_weatherclock" apk and odex files (from /system/app ) and post them here? Because i am on i9220 version and accuweather widget doesn't work

At this point you should choose factory reset from cwm, then reboot system

Is it worth installing the Chinese leak or should i wait for a custom rom?

ofc you can flash back rocket rom but make backup of your current rom with cwm recovery
