Mobile Odin is what I think will do the job. Odin desktop may give you the yellow triangle.... Im not sure, downloading now... I'll report with my findings!

Odin / Mobile Odin as always...with the cinese I had issues with Mobile Odin

I dont think so, depends on the contents. Can you list the filenames within the zip file and I'll let you know.

Use mobile odin - this is not a CWM zip as far as I can see.

So, can this be updated with CWM without losing root and keeping CWM?

I'm guessing:
1. Update ROM using CWM but keep old kernel.
2. Update Kernel using CF-Root kernel LP1.

Will that work??
