thats some good work you are doing defcomg, now i guess its just a matter of trying to find out why it is making the errors , and tweak the heck out of it, and then maybe use it as the base for the upcoming ics roms (whenever that is)

1 Root your Phone
2 install ES File Explorer and enable Root Features
3 Download the M5 Zip
4 Rename ARCCamera.apk in \System\app to ARCCamera.apk1
5 Copy ArcCamera from Zip file to \system\app
6 Copy both other Files from Zip File to \system\etc
7 enjoy

Okay it's quite weird. It's like a lottery... I start the 3d camera, take picture, get no preview and file is corrupted. Mediainfo states 640x240 resolution and chroma subsampling 4:2:2.... change ISO to 800... the same, not working.... change it back to 100... it works! then two pictures later without changing any settings and it doesn't work again... and every time it works, the preview is a little stretched horizontally but it looks ok in gallery and mediainfo shows correct resolution and chroma subsampling 4:2:0. I'm trying to find a way to replicate the working and broken state but it seems completely random.

I've attached some corrupted pics

EDIT: it seems that reinstalling arccamera.apk solved the corruption problem.... it wasn't enought just to replace the old one... still have that stretched preview on 3d photos though i can live with that

In build.prop set camera.dcc.enable value to 0 should fix the corrupt jps files issue
