I like my arc S still as it look a hell lot cooler then the S2 but hardware wise I'm not really that happy with.

Mine's running on stock Ics 4.0.3 heavily tweak overclock to 1.5 with doomkernel and it's as smooth as it gonna get

Only thing why I still like my arc is his dimensions and hi is thin. I dissapointed in his camera, because I expected much more from camera.

Yes, the hardware is a little bit outdated, but with all due respect to other manufacturers, and other phone models (including Sony 2012 line-up), I still haven't found a better looking phone.
I can sacrifice some hardware "limitations" (this is very arguable) for the sake of beauty and originality.
Let's compare this phone with two most talked-about phones lately:

These two are looking silly alongside Arc, from design point of view strictly.

Dobar dan gospdin Torture !
I totally agree with this. The design of the Xperia Arc (I have an Arc S) is great. And I still have to find a Sony model, or other model, with an equally or even better design.
Yes, the hardware could be a bit better, more up-to-date, but design wise I love the Arc (s). And if you're using a custom ROM the speed is still okay. I'm on JellySandwich 6.2 and it's butter smooth.
(Jelly Sandwich 7.2.1 is just realeased by Maxio1998, but I prefer the Aroma customizability of 6.2)
The only new phone I recently saw that could interest me is the new Nokia Lumia 920 (superb camera, wireless charging), but too bad it's not running Android => I'll stick to my beloved Arc S for a little longer.

By the way, did anyone hear about the inductive charging/wireless charching mod for Arc(s)? I'm thinking about applying this. Would be nice not have to plug/unplug power cables anymore. That would make the Arc also really unique compared to the other phones mr_torture depicted.
