did you guys install the gaps? also i would flash that after i installed the rom an ran it or flash them both then do wipe?

what are the gaps for do i need it?

gapps are the google apps

Right after fleshing the Rom and before the first boot and the choice of launcher is really up to you lol try them both see what you like

This only happens with me when I'm on 3G, if I'm on wifi I get perfect FPS (well, as perfect as you can get on our phones, which I say is pretty close to perfect). I use CM9, I haven't tested on this yet (heck, I haven't even tested this yet, and I don't know if I will because I'm so content on CM9 :P).

This is true because on wifi it goes to hq automatically. On wifi when I turn hq off it is chop. So I think its if hq is off it does it. Btw on 3g it won't load hq for me...just sits there loading like there's no connection
