Sometimes problems like this occurs when too many tweaks are done in DSP settings..U use any custom ROM and DSP settings??

Apply *.so effects to maintain stability creeds uses that sfx for dsp

im experiencing that too im in stock rom and no dsp manager

In the music player's settings chek the head phone balance.
Try other head phones....
