that is the new way of mounting in ics as far as i know you need to use PTP mode in windows (settings -> storage -> menu button -> connection settings (or somethign like this))
and if that doesn't work then i can't help you i use mac and i don't know anythign about windows
reinstall usb driver ... works for me, latest iz 3.6 i think ..
and that issue exists in other roms to ...
restore nandroid and try on alien r. rom ... must be the issue from ics for sure ..
stable is stable
no ? ... just wait for something better .... until then , kang is `dang` 
viber isn't optimized for ics yet
weird problem you got in that screenshot on the first page with swapped colors...
does it still exist?
