[Q] polite ringer ?

is there a mod / kernal which which acts like the polite ringer feature on the sesne rom? i wanna use a ics rom but it doesnt have this feature etc , any ideas how i can get this functionality on a non sense rom , i know miui has it built in etc but i didnt like there ics rom etc .

Stock aosp roms are not stripped down. Sense and miui roms are built up.

when i was using oxygen etc it didnt have a sound recorder , fm radio app felt stripped down to what i was normally used to , i havent experianced true stock gb i'm used to the carrier bloated roms

Devnull is pure stock. Oxygen has loads added from pure stock. Miui and sense even more...
