Sometimes flashovers work, but they always tend to get buggy. A fresh flash always seems best.

When you released this one, I almost waited til I had time for a fresh install. But, my impatience got the best of me and I did a flashover. I'm glad I did. Been working like a charm ever since.

Funny you mention this.

Whenever I test changes I always flash over unless it is a major change just to see how it reacts. I then do a nand and then a full wipe to make sure it installs fresh OK. In the case of 4.1 I did that and then went back to the nand and it is still running good.

Right now I am switching back and forth between nands of this and my Sense 4 ROM neither of which was a fresh install

It's working for me? The Amazon Appstore anyways. I don't use Yahoo mail so I can't check that. The Appstore works on wifi, 3g,4g. Did you try and load it immediately after flashing this? Maybe do a full reboot first?

Thanks for your experience. It just won't work for me. I've tried all connections, cleared data (although none was there to clear) did a full wipe and re-install. Still a no go. I went back to another ROM and it works fine.

It may be seeing too many devices but I am not sure how Yahoo handles that. I just signed on to my old account it it flooded me with mail.

For Amazon, goto ur Amazon page with a PC and look under devices. I have delete some occasionally.

Thanks for helping me out Nils. This was the problem. I finally did the right google search and realized that amazon may have too many devices registered. Sure enough, there were about 30 devices there from all the different phones/flashes I've done over time. I deleted some of them and then it worked. I really appreciate your help especially since it wasn't an issue with your ROM at all.

Because it limits how many devices it will allow to access one account, what I do is de-register my kindle app every time I switch ROMS. Registration issues are a thing of the past.
